Hi my neighbour is doing illegal construction at d-14 gujranwala appt vikaspuri new delhi. He is building another appartment on top of 3 rd floor. He already made an extra floor on 3rd floor. now he is adding 4 th floor. some actions needs to be taken to stop this construction .These are old building they will fell off.They are not strong enough to hold the weighting. it is affecting the structure .They are making more prone to earthquake disaster affect.
