Resident — Stagnant water that may cause dengue

We are residence of 5035 first floor chaman ganj, this the second conpaint against Gurubachan Singh r/s of 5033 ground floor, chaman Ganj, Roshanara Road, delhi-7.he has a small covered roof right infront of our passage area where he keeps tjings like chair, bucket etc. In rainy season we always find stagnajnt water which may cause dengue or may be it already has. So please take required action without any delay because there is a stagnant water since many days which is dangerous. We have told him to clean it but he never does.
