I would like to bring in your kind notice that, I booked a flat in Gaur City 2 Grater Noida West through broker Resizone developers pvt ltd who is the authorize broker of Gaursons. On booking, broker promised me that He will return one lack seven thousand rupees after 40 % payment and provided a credit note for the same. Now he is denying to give me payment while I have already done 55 % payment to builder. Resizone developers pvt limited are a big cheater. I would like to advice you to be careful

Resizone is a big fraud... They are selling flats where they haven't even got the approval. Please be extremely careful if you are buying a property with them.. These people are a complete cheat and they already took a huge amount for a flat which is not even approved and no one from their local team is responding to the refund request from past few months.
