You are right this is a fake consultancy which pay nothing to his employee.I was working with them on a project but after the completion of the project they forget every thing and does not pay anything to me.They are FRAUD.
i worked for this consultancy. Madhumita and Anurudh are the employees who called me after completion of my work they dint provide my salary.if i ask my salary they are using some Vulgar words.Dont trust this consultancy.it's fakee.
This is a very unprofessional organization, they recruit people and does not even give an appointment letter or offer letter or even a payslip. The company takes both employee & employer share from the employee on account of pf amount. The proprietor Mr Aniruddha Roy abuses employees like anything he also uses slang language to the employees. This is a very bad organization worst of all in all regards. He doesn't even pay this employees their dues after the leave the job.

please prove that the dues have not been paid to you, as per company records the payment of your salary was made post you absconded from duty. RPC would have chosen not to pay you since you absconded from work, however on your application and on humanitarian grounds company paid your dues in full.
Madhula, you should have researched on the consultancy before attending the interview or even joining. You can always take legal step if slang is used against you.

You had been accused of carrying misconduct and was not adhering to any work which was provided to you.
You are the person who never worked properly on any task given to you and more so you used to influence other resources to act accordingly.
We have proofs of offer letter being sent to you. Also, you left the organisation without notice and just absconded.
In such situation company is supposed to retrieve notice period amount from you, however RPC still paid your dues and the details are with us.
Stop blaming other for your unsuccessful carer and this is not a forum to vent out your personal frustration.

Resource Power Consultancy fraud Company Madhumitha and Anirudha Both are Fraud, I worked 3 Months for this company Desktop and Laptop Services support, Madhumitha told after completed job working day 30 to 40 Days will get the payment after completion work Madhumitha and Anirudha Both are not Receiving call still not yet get payment. I and my team have been associated with the company for the last 3-4 years and the company has 100+ employee base PAN INDIA.
RP Consultancy works for tier 1 IT/IT infra companies across India.
The proprietor ANIRUDDHA is one of the most cordial and well behaved boss to work with. We work with her is a much friendly manner. I and my team have learnt and flourish under his leadership and guidance.
Hence, please do not vent out the frustration and personal agony in here and stop misusing such forums.
It is your problem if you cannot find a job not anyone else's.
