Hi, I have ordered Lenovo Essential G580b laptop (Invoice no:- IN[protected], order no:- 953) worth 24, 000 INR using my HDFC debit card on April 11th 2014.I have waited for almost 45 days, and finally asked them to cancel the order.Cancellation confirmation mail was sent to me on 23rd May 2014 - message says "We have processed your refund for order with reference XCCPSZRRY".I have been calling them every 15 days since then on NOT getting my money back in my account.Till date (25th July 2014) I haven't got my money back.It is a total fraud company.I have voice transcriptions (recorded conversation) which was made with Eliasin Bohra who had promised me to refund the amount in just 1 month time.Now 2 month's are over after that false promise. Same problem here. Mine also not refund yet. Its been 4 months. I have also post a complaint here.

Order not received, very poor customer support system
have ordered a Micromax canvas 4 A210 .RS.12267 on 23.04.2014. They have told to deliver the product within 7 days of receiving the payment. But till date 02.05.2014 they have not even dispatched my order.my order no 102737%
