Dear sir, I am happy to submit that I am the customer of our institution. I am using this pen nearly 8 to 10 years and it is working well. Recently, I purchased packet of pens and all the pens, except one or two, is not writing well. So, I want to bring the same to you to resolve this issue since I am the customer of our institution.
