Dear Sir, This is to inform you that our Hospital (jeeban Suraksha Hospital, Bankura) purchase most reagent from RFCL in base of the verbal communication with RFCL Representative Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharyya (Area Manager-Burwdwan Head Office). But after interact directly with your Company we found that the rate given by Mr. Abhijit are too much high than your Original Rate. So sir therefore I would like to request you to look into the matter very seriously otherwise we should have to regret transaction from your Company by your representative. Rather we should contact directly with your Company. If it is possible then kindly send us the full rate chart of the reagent.
