Rich India Groups — Patta was not processed. Now no one is responding. Feel like I am cheated by their words during registration

I have purchased a land in Perambakkam through Rich India Group on 11.07.2013 Doc No: 4303 Registered in Thiruvalangadu Registrar Office. During the sightseeing phase, Mr. Madhu (Manager) Mobile No: [protected] & Murali (Staff) [protected] employees of Rich India Group promised that they will process the Patta for the land registered. They said the Patta can be processed only after 3 months of Registration. Hence I have handed over the Patta Request application to Murali (Details given above) on 2 Jan 2014. Till now I have been following this with Mr. Madhu who initially claimed that government is digitalizing (Computerizing) all their process and hence it was getting delayed. Few months back, he also informed me that the process is not moving further because of the agent whom they have applied patta is not responding. Hence they are going to re-apply the patta for me. Mr. Madhu (details given above) who asked me to scan the registration documents again and send it to him and promised me that he will process it in 3 months and hand over the patta to me. I have sent him the scanned proof through email on March 7, 2015. I waited for 3 months and contacted Madhu again. He answered my call once and informed that he will updated me on the status. Now it is not being answered anymore nor do I get the call returned by any of their officials. Earlier, at least Mr. Madhu responded to calls and every time he said that he is constantly following things for the Patta. Now I feel like I have been cheated by their words as nothing has moved forward for the past 18 months. I have also requested them to provide the details (Acknowledgment) that they received for applying the patta. At least we can file an RTI with that information to get the response from them. Till now even that is not provided. I will be more happy if someone from Rich India can take this seriously and get my Patta as promised.

Still this issue has not resolved. I was being contacted by Madhu as soon as this petition was launched. He promised me that he will process the patta and make sure to give it to me in a month. Now I am not able to reach him.. His both the numbers are switched off. Not sure how to proceed now..

My Name is Maharaja, i have have opted to buy plot in Rich India and was taken a site visit by Mr JayaKumar, His Mobile number is [protected] and [protected]. We have Paid a advance of 98, 500 for two plots, then i was in to a financial crisis. i am having all recipts and bank transaction.

Mr.Jayakumar has asked to buy plot, due to our financial issues we told to return the advance, he agreed . Then he said compant MD was arrested and company was disolved. But i am hearing good reviews about company . not sure why sir is telling like this. He was in a very big position in sales in the company.

Since 2013 Jayakumar sir is not responding, Please help sir, i heard about good name for the company, hence we prefered .i can submit all the bills.

Please help me in connecting with some officials who can help our Family.

Jayakumar sir is saying he will return the fund for very long time and now we are in need of fund.
