This is Remya Dharmarajan would like to escalate that the Staff at Riddhi Vinayak Hospital is very unprofessional. During this critical time, they are least bothered with their management against the process of dealing with the users' and needy people. My mother got vaccinated with Covaxxin last month and after a month they called us asking to visit for the 2nd dose as 30th was the last date. The timing given was 2 pm we went a little early so that we don't have to wait for long. These people have sent MESSAGES and called us to visit no matter what as they want to ensure that they get paid again for getting the second dose by 2 pm the crowd was so much that the count of people headed to 100. After registration and paying the amount of 250rs they asked to get vaccinated and wait for half an hour so that they can issue the certificate and receipt of the amount paid. We waited for an hour nobody bothered to help us with the certificate finally I had to go and ask I got the certificate however when asking about receipt the guy is asking me to wait so that all the people who are there presently wanting to get vaccinated will complete the process and then get the receipt. I had to fight with them to get the receipt also when asked about the same the people are being rude and telling us that should we take care of the covid patients or get you vaccinated. Tell me one thing wherein the earth the hospital which has covid cases will drive the vaccination process. The staff has all the time to have picnic time sitting inside giggling and flirting around with male staff but no time to handle CUSTOMER's query. Nurses and staff getting their relatives and friends priority and the people who are waiting for n queue for hours does not get any response, It's ###.
The hospital looks good from the outside but its ### from the inside. Total gross they just want money service is ### do not visit this hospital.
People stay safe and healthy this is a crucial time for us to choose wisely if we want to take ur loved ones to any health care centre. These people are least bothered about us. It's we who have to take care of ourselves.

That time only i knew these doctors will not tk care of her bcoz my mom was a senior citizen. The total expense in the Hospital for 22 days they charged Me 7 lakh Rupees
On the day she died before that they gave her Blood Thinner Tablets to thin her Blood when my Mother already had Low BP.. becoz of the Blood Thinner tablets My Mother who was in unconscious state startwd bleeding so much that her Bed was soaked in blood n dripping on d floor n flowing like water ...becoz of which her BP which was already Low, went all d more Low n she died.
and d doctors said that she had piles problem so she was bleeding... which was absolutely false coz my mother never had Piles
The Doctors r horrible who only put fear in the family members mind that their person wont live. I was told to Sue the Hospital n Make a Case on The Hospital n the Doctor n Put it on Social Media... which im Planning to do as i hv already contacted few people to expose this Hospital
