I ordered a top, costing approx rs 1750 (So by no means cheap) . On receiving the product, the fabric was uncomfortable, as in it bites into the skin.
I sent this as a complain to them, via email and called and spoke with a customer representative within 30 minutes of receiving the garment. This was on a saturday. I was told they would call me within an hour. . . Never heard from them.
Again on monday, i called. . . They said they would call me back, i said i would be busy to receive a call, so i asked them to reply via email. No reply.
On tuesday, when i call again, again i am told they will call me in 5 minutes, no call. . . I called them after 1 hour. . . Only to be told that i was being hyper and should calm down!!
There policy for return is within 7 days. . . If that would not happen, i would be accused of not sending the garment in time!
Instead of apologizing and saying sorry. . . Their representatives only argue and call names to the consumer!!
Shocking!!
Would suggest no one to purchase from this upstart with poor after sales service!! Was this information helpful? |
