Ritual Holidays — Unethical behavior and not delivering what was promised | |||||
Booking name under Abhishek for the Gujarat round tour. Sent my parents for the trip after their retirement and I regret choosing Ritual holidays instead of many others. I had very good experience with AtoZ holidays last time but i wanted to try someone new and I failed. I was promised for good and different set of hotels for the stay but the places were all changed at the time of Check-in. We are given horrible hotels with bed bugs and horrible breakfast after scamming so much money. They were given one Paratha for breakfast and they said this is what you get here when asked for more. My father called to complain the same and your coordinator (Mr. Pallav Bhargav) showed unethical behavior and was very arrogant towards my father. He even told to stay if you like the hotel or take the money and find some other place on thier own. Is that the way to speak to your customers and to senior citizens? I'm very disappointed and I'd suggest everyone not to choose ritual holidays because they treat you differently before paying the money and they don't give a damn once you transfer the amount. They send all fancy stuff over the mail before booking and when you reach they'll say take whatever we give or leave. I'd really appreciate if the supervisor or the manager takes immediate action against this and make my parent's rest of the trip a little better and repaired.
