Rj Teleshopping — Fraud by RJ Teleshopping Persons

Dear Customer Support Team, I am Somasundaram from Kanchipuram I got a call from a telebuy company the person name is Nisha ([protected]) on 17-Apr-15 and another one lady from ([protected]) on 20-Apr-15 and they offered me a "Samsung Galaxy i9082" mobile & 5gram Gold coin as gift.and they told me to pay an amount of 2700rs.I asked why you offering this she said it was lottery beause you was enquired / purchased from onlineshopping telecast in the television. So, i said to send that. it was delivered on 28-Apr-15 through postal department postel booking no :CD[protected]IN but it was fake and i attached the photo copy of the product that has sent to me. The Cheating company address is, RJ TELISHOPPING 324, GROUNDFLOOR, PKT-5, SEC-2, ROHINI DELHI-110085 Note : I called to the customer care department and spoke with Guru ([protected]) on 28-Apr-15 with in half-an-hour after received the parcel. he said will check & call with in 10min but i didn't receive call from them. when i called they not pick my call if i called to the persons who contacted me (mentioned above) they said call to the number mentioned in the parcel by mistakenly sent. Don't call us call to that number. The number mentioned in the parcel is ([protected]-Guru, Customer Care Executive) I need my money back / Need the product that you have committed with me. if nothing happen i will raise the compliant against you. I have proof of what your executive has spoke with me
