Sir, I purchased the Roca Wall hung WC with Builtin Flush tank ( 5 nos) closet their was a problem of leakage in tank.I called your customer care in Five times since oct 2014 and registered the complaint for the problem for that they sent a message, the person Mr Ram Kushwah will attend .He told me its manufactured defect, i can not do any thing you approach to head office, so we replace the flush tank then he gone again i called the service center regarding this matter they told me will send the person again and will solve the leakage problem.we give u new tank but still i will not receive any tank i tried your service center many more time they did not give a good response .Can you please tell this is the way to treat the customers I spend rs 5 lakhs (5 bathrooms)for ROCA, till this date i am not satisfied and struggling .complaint number (CIN15B014) you send senior person to solve the problem, pls take neccesary action to sort out this problem.
