Rocket Kommerce Llp — I got my phone in damaged condition

I purchased a RED ME NOTE 4G phone from xiaomi MI official website which is www.mi.com and its order number is [protected]. xiaomi indian partner company is Rocket Kommerce LLP which is in bangalore, kartanaka. after successful delivery by blue dart i got my package on around 29th July 2015. and after opening the parcel i switch on my phone and found some vertical line is appearing in my phone screen. i complaint about this issue to XIAOMI MI toll free number[protected] on 30 July 2015, i talked to some lady. she noted my complaint and said we will return your product in 1 week, she gave me the complaint number which was 418693. after few days i call back again and they said wait for sometime your complaint will be resolved. i call back again on 8 august 2015 and that person told me your previous complaint has been closed and you have to visit indore service centre now, your product will not be exchanged you can get your display changed.. I don't want my phone to be repaired which was already given defected by company.. please take necessary action as soon as possible. i want my product changed or want my money back.. thanks and regards: manish nim [protected]
