Rohit — Disrespect by Bank Staff

I, today deposit cash in Jammu Gandhi Nagar Branch & give cheque for transfer at 10.30 AM. 1st the reception did not collect the cheque, she said go to the 1st counter in which Mr.Naresh Kumar was there, he collect the cheque. Then i said i will wait here you transfer the cheque, but he said no sir i will transfer the cheque you go. i said please sir do it now its urgent but he assure me i will do it in 5 min. But a call from company the ch was not present, i call in the bank the phone didn't pick up at lease 10 min around 2 pm.
then some one pick up the phone, i told the whole story, he said i am lying, i said you chech the camera recording then he talk like this that i am his employee not customer. the behaviour of the Bank Manager is not like the Manager just like the Guard or Peon.
Please look into the matter other wise it was not easy to continue with your bank

As per I hav applied for reval and photocopy ...acc to my photo copy unit 5th is attempted but in marks allotment its stated a na(notattempted)...
