[Resolved]  Roozgaar — Refund my amount immediately

My self Akshay Deshpande. I already sent my all documents scan on 6/2/2014. But, till date i do not get Job assistaance service & Roozgaar Profile Verification (Employment + Education Verification) . Till date not appointed any Relationaship Manager (RM) for me. I took all services on 30/2/2013. Now, It’s more than 20 days, but do not get this services till date.

After sending some mails, I do not get any clarification from your end. Now, it is more 28 days of order placement. In your policy mentioned that you will provide Job Assistance service and all services within 20 days. If you are not solve my complaint, then I just want to cancel my Job Assistance and Roozgaar Profile Verification (Employment + Education Verification) orders.

As per your policy I do not get services within 20 days. Hence, I am decided to cancel all services due to your carelessness towards customer. Hence, I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with services.

I hope this time you will understand my situation and refund my all amount.
