Rotary Club — Need your support in my "Complain "

Dear Rotarian Fellows,
I am Rotarian . My name is Fatina Mousa Hamdoun . I'm a TV Presenter at Arab Woman TV .
I’m contacting you because I want to raise a TOP URGENT COMPLAIN to Rotary International K.R. "Ravi" Ravindran against illegal matters which had been done in Rotary District 2451 (Egypt).

I will appreciate if you can give me his contact details and address

This is a serious and URGENT issue which the Rotary Intenational should know what's going on in our district 2451.


I used to be the Honorary Secretary of Rotary Club Of Sakkara District 2451/[protected] –till last February.

The problem is that I discovered canvassing and cheating during last January in the Rotary District 2451 Governor[protected] elections, as the elections in our Sakkara club weren’t done according to the Rotary Bylaws : Voting was done mainly forcibly, and most election papers were filled by the same handwriting by one person!

Well, This is not what I learnt from Rotary Bylaws!!! This is Canvassing!!

So I objected to the president & council of my club (Rotary Club of Sakkara), asking to repeat the elections to match the Rotary Bylaws instructions.

But the club council didn’t take any action!

Due to that, I submitted my resignation on 1st Feb 2016.

But to my surprise, the club council ignored my resignation, and what he did is that he revenged from my resignation on 8th Feb 2016 by issuing a public assembly club decision dismissing me from the club and TERMINATING my membership in a very insulting way instead of accepting my resignation, and accusing me of insulting false things which I’m innocent of !!

Not only this, but the council distributed this insulting assembly decision copy by e-mail to all the district 2451 clubs presidents, secretaries and members, claiming that I was dismissed from the club due to violating the RI laws!

Indeed they intended to insult me and slander me in Rotary Egypt district 2451 among my fellow Rotarians!

Of course I complained to the Governor DG Mohamed Adel Hafez, asking him to announce immediately his refusal & rejection of this insulting illegal Assembly decision, and to accept my legal resignation. But he didn’t do any action, unfortunately!

A week after, DG Mohamed Adel Hafez forwarded my complain to the committee Head of Disputes & Conflicts Resolving in District 2451 Judge / Adel Abdel Baki, and asked him to investigate the matter and to issue his decision in my complain.

Hence, the Judge / Adel Abdel Baki investigated my complain and listened to me and to all parties, and then found that I'm innocent of their false accusations, and also found that the club’s assembly decision of dismissing me was illegal & violated the Rotary Bylaws..

As a result, Judge / Adel Abdel Baki issued & delivered his “Legal Decision” report to DG Mohamed Adel Hafez, since one month ago, asking him to announce it to me and to all the districts clubs.

Surprisingly, since then, and up till now, DG Mohamed Adel Hafez didn’t announce the judge’s decision to me neither in popular to all Rotarian clubs in district, , even though I asked him many many times to do so, or at least deliver to me a copy of the judge’s decision, but he refused, saying that he’s afraid of Sakkara club council, and he also needs to avoid any conflict with any club in his district during his governance period, even if this club has violated the Rotary rules and Bylaws !!!

Dear sirs, dear all Rotarians through all the world:

I want you to know that I had a huge moral loss due to that:

I lost my Rotarian fellows in this district who heard about the club assembly insulting dismissing decision, I was insulted, false rumors surrounded me wherever I go in the Rotary, because they spread false news about me among the fellow Rotarians!!

Is this Rotary???

I’m contacting you to raise my complain to you against both: DG 2451 Mohamed Adel Hafez & Rotary Club Of Sakkara President Samia El Azab and Sakkara Club council, because I served this club for 2 years with all of my heart, but at the end they dismissed me in an insulting and illegal way, and we have a governor here DG Mohamed Adel Hafez who is afraid of spreading the Rotary BYLAWS, thus encouraging canvassing and cheating in Rotary!!!

Would you accept that???

Would RI President Mr. K.R. Ravindran accept that???

I’m asking you to help me return t my Moral rights in Rotary, and to announce the decision of the judge to me and to all my fellow Rotarians in my district? I also want a copy of this Legal report Decision. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?

I have all the right and I’m asking you to return to me my rights from Rotary!
