Request for Refund booking amount

I am request to inform that I am booking Royal Enfield classic 350 at your dealership in Gobichettipalayam on (26.04.2021). I will not be able to purchase your bike after lockdown time because of my finance problem your bike price will increase. So I will request to your dealer for refund the booking amount at last five month but your dealer will not respond for my request. So I will believe your Company and I am upload my booking reciept....

Rusting of silencer in new motorcycle

I have purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on March 11 2021 . Next week itself I have noticed rust in silencer and I reported it to the showroom and also the royal enfield customer service also. There is not action or any response from them . It's only 9 month I had purchased the bike now itself it's getting rust on silencer....

I have take appointment and submit vehicle on Sunday 10.30 and inward it. Received estimate for charges and delivery time from engineer for same day 5.30pm
there are no call during whole day about my bike status and spare part avaibility.4.15 pm I call for update the status wheat here it is done or not then they tell me there is lots work on your bike so it will be done on Monday. After my call.

Next day again no one...

Chain Sprocket is broken Under warranty

Its just been an eight month buying my classic 350 and 8800 kms have crossed. Now my chain sprocket is broken but i neither ride my bike harsh nor i take it to hills and i maintain my bike properly and serviced as per company instructed. I would like to book a serious complaint against this for providing low quality products for bike and also sometimes i can hear cam shaft noise from my engine. I complained about that noise in my first service...

I had purchased Royal Enfield classic 350 MP18MT2364 in march 2021 from Beohari Showroom (MP) and its running is less than 5000 kms. I had done timely servicing too an their were no issues till 2 free servicing .Suddenly I seems the chain spoket have crack after that the chain got loose and now service center is telling to replace it.

With such less running the part getting bad is unacceptable. I think Royal Enfield showrooms...

Complain regarding paid service charged during 4th free service

I had serviced my bike on[protected] and they charged paid service from me during my 4th free service .i complaint to royal enfeild but they ignored and trying to hide their fault .

Delay on delivery of my classic 350 customised bike

Hello

I booked classic 350 on 1st September from showroom in Chandigarh. Tentative date of delivery was 31 Oct and I have not received my bike yet.
When we do call on royal Enfield customer support they were saying only one thing "it is under manufacturing process".
I don't understand if company was not prepared to give bike to their customers then why did they launched it?
There is no proper mode of...

Leg guard quality

Dear Sir I had taken delivery of Enfield meteor from your shatabdi nagar square showroom of nagpur city. Leg guards of your reputed co. Had been fitted as additional accessories. At the time of purchase it was assured that co. Products are of best quality and best for safety. But today it's leg guard was cracked from joint just laying down of vehicle due to imbalance before starting. Also at that time it's leg guard just touched the ground....

Himalayan bike chassis damage

I am writing this letter with deep distress, shock and disbelief.

I Junaid, always preferred Royal Enfield over any other company. I purchased my BS3 Himalayan ( KL 58 S 9560) 5 years 3 months back. The chassis which is supposed to last atleast around 10 years got damaged as it got rusted. I believe that the failure of chassis was not due to neglect or error on my part. Amount charge during my 4th free service

thunder motors on[protected] and they charge paid service during my 4 th free service which is not good for a brand to cheat customer like that .
i raised complain to customer care but they gave wrong information to me all the time .

Not doing a proper service and lack of d knowledge

After general service, the side stand remains fully rusted and have strains in lower part of engine .service centre doesn’t care about the water wash and they just delivered as the customer gives.
As a RE lover I felt very disappointed....

Not receiving RC book/smart card after purchasing 11 months

I have purchased Royal Enfield meteor fireball yellow on 26/12/2020 in the name of my father Sanjay Ghosh from Apollon motors llp, Alampur, Howrah, 711302.
But till date we don't received any Smart card/RC book. Everytime I called the dealer they asked me to wait for a week. But surprisingly there is no improvement of the situation. They make us false promise. Even after regular follow up they reportedly failed to provide the RC book....

Rusting part

but now some parts are rusted like rear shocks silencer front guard
i given complaint against rusting but after 2month they changed rear shocks but now silencer still like that only. dealer ll say they dint get approve
and also now bike runt only 7k not even one year clutch cable is hard wen i say change in warranty but but...

Bad response and Bike Service and No response from Support after 14days of complaint

I have made a complaint 14 days back but no response from the support. The people are not doing proper service and neglecting the bike service and putting the riders at risk. When we complain in support of both the service center and Royal Enfield support both are not having the common sense to respond to the mail and check the concern.
