Royal Enfield — Bad service experience | |||
Hi, my name is pradeep from hyderabad. I gave my new Royal enfield classic 350 cc bike first servicing in Go Green servicing center, gachibowli, Hyderabad on 19/10/2016 My C.S.T No & TIN NO: [protected]. After completion of servicing I've recieved my bike and from the very next day my bike started troubling like the self start and horn failed to work and also the ammeter. After few days of confusion I took my bike to the same servicing center they kept my bike for one day and gave a bill of Rs.600 saying that we've replaced the wires so you should pay the bill. I argued with the supervisor and he reduced the money for Rs.150/- as a basic service charge I have paid the money. But now again my bike got some trouble like some different noise coming from back wheel while riding and I lost the riding feel not only that the kick start also troubling me I need to kick the rod twice or thrice to start my bike but before I never faced this issue. Even in google reviews their are very bad reviews on this servicing center many customers like me suffered a lot. So I request you to please take a proper action on this servicing center.
