Went to book bike @ lambasted enterprises P Ltd new Delhi. Asked for water 3 times side by side Filled the form and done with the formalities. Girl @ reception was so rude and has no manners how to handle the customer and busy feeding form in computer and says that I am filling your form only like she is obliging me, instead of offering me water which I asked her 5 times. I felt so bad to see that there was no hospitality in your store as India in no 1 in hospitality and caring for their guests.. brand is there but no hisputality want to sell but on their terms. What is your guest do I such a hot weather, I shouted and the water was there. Please see into this matter as this is not acceptable...booking no : BKNR[protected].
