Complaint marked as Resolved After the complaint the service vendors were very prompt in calling me and handing over the mirrors. I hope that people need not take such a round about way of getting the products especially when the whole payment is done much ahead of the vehicle delivery. I have heard about the RE's bad customer experience which includes long waiting period. I hope they improve and keep the customers, who spend a fortune procuring bikes, happy.
Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
