[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Bike problem/Bad Agency service for a long time | |||
I had bought my 500 cc classic Royal enfield in Jun2011 fro Royal enfield agency Muktsar Since the time i have bought it i have been facing a number of problems with it despite getting services regularly from Royal enfield agency(Abohar, pin-152116). In last two years there have always been some issue with the bike very frequently. It started with mobile oil leakge. Then very frequent spark plug issues which lead to bike not getting started. Lately bike suffered from a black smoke problem and it was not attended to properly by Royal enfield agency Abohar. When the bike was taken to Royal enfield amritsar they found that the piston kit has a problem and it had gotten loose and the other mechanic should have looked into it earlier during regular services. I had to bear 13000 INR to replace piston kit. Also i had got spark plugs replaced many times which get fused in a time span of a month or two sometime even lesser. Today, two weeks after getting piston kit replaced and engine remapping done for the faults in the system the bike wont start again. When consulted about it in the Royal enfield agency amritsar they told that there is oil spillover in spark plug and they dont know why it is happening. I am not sure what to do next as it being out of warranty i have to bear all the charges and still not get it fixed I am very disappointed with my royal enfield experience as it has been a very sour one owing to bad agency service and attitude. Royal enfield agency abohar has denied any responsibilty from their end telling me that they can not do anything about it Please help me for further action Was this information helpful? | |||
