Royal Enfield Brand Store Jayanagar 9Th Block, Bangalore — Fuel tank and mud guard change after deivery

During the delivery on my Royal Enfield Desert Storm 500, since there were too many scratches on the fuel tank and mud guard, the sales manager promised me to replace the parts within 2 days after delivery. But since then nothing has been changed from them. I am calling them everyday and their response is "we do no have any vehicle for delivery. please wait". And from last two days, no one from the service are answering my calls.
