Royal Enfield — Compalin about the dealer

Sir i have booked royal enfield clasic 350cc in black colour in Dec 2014 and when i asked about the bike to the dealer he said that if you want the bike than give me 15, 000 more than the price of the bike and when i asked why then he said that if you want bike on the spot then you have to give me. And when i gone to meet him then the new bikes are in his showroom but he didnt gived me sir please solve my problem And secondly i have talked to the chandigarh showroom they are giving me bike in 10 days but why he is not giving.
