Royal Enfield — Complaint against Manzil motors Gurgaon | |||
I purchased a bullet 500 forest green today on 22-02-15 from Manzil motors Gurgaon. It was a very bad experience for me when I took delivery of my vehicle today. 1. Only 2 litres of petrol was poured in the fuel tank. I had downloaded the bullet 500 manual from royalenfield.com and it clearly mentions in PDI sheet that 5 litres of petrol has to be filled. When I asked the staff to give 5 litres, to my surprise, the manager and the owner of the dealership was very arrogant and misbehaved with me. They said that they have been filling 2 litres from years and will continue doing that. They asked me to complaint about it where ever I want to. 2. When I received my service manual, I noticed last 7-8 pages were torn from the manual which included the PDI sheet, customer feedback. When I asked for the customer feedback sheet, they said that there is no such kind of sheet in the manual. I dropped a mail to [protected]@royalenfield.com on 22-02-15 highlighting the issue, but it has been 7 days today and I did not get any reply from Royal Enfield. Was this information helpful? | |||
