Royal Enfield — Complaint against the manmohan autos | |||
sir, I own a thunderbird 350 which i purchased on 4th, nov, 2013. my bike was working fine but there was some problem in shifting the gears. I told the serviceman regarding the same in MANMOHAN AUTOS KHARAR PUNJAB when i visited them first, they tightened the screws and said that it will work fine. the problem was not fixed, i visited them again and they argumented that everything is working fine but anyhow they decided to work on my bike on tuesday(18.feb.2014)/ that day i left my bike in the service station. in the evening they called me and ask me to visit them and pick my bike. when i visited the owner of the showroom ask me have a test drive with him. then he said that everything is working fine.. there is no such problem in the bike. then i said to check in front of me. the bike was giving the same problem. he then started pushing me and embarassing me by using non profesional words. i need to have some important action to be taken against him as he also refused to service my bike saying that he is the owner and i havent purchased the bike from hs showroom. thanking you vanshul banta [protected] vanshul.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
