Royal Enfield — complaint on worst responce and service

My name is Uma Mahesh.P and i bought RE Classic 350[silver] . I
delivered my bike for 2nd free service at seetammadhara service center with
complaint of sound occurring in engine after traveling 15 kms . After
completion of service I've received my bike without any changes . Generally
customer receive a call from service center after service but at that time i
didn't receive any call . Before 1 week from now i delivered my bike at the same
service center for third free service with the same complaint[sound occurring in
engine after 15 kms] to the mechanic named SREENU with including supervisor
name PRAVEEN and i left my bike for 4 days in the service centre . I received my
bike before 1 week and at present these sound is normally occurring . Today
i made a call to the same service center and response from them is
too worst . I cant bare these type of behaviour . RE is the best brand but these type of service centers will
definitely damage the high reputation of RE . I hope you i'll rectify this
problem . I attached my billing details including details of bike and service center . And at my actual bill is rs.2700, they asked me to pay rs.3000 . Please inform me after verifying this problem .
