Royal Enfield — Dealer is cheating me it has been two months I didn't get my bullet | |||||
I had booked my bullet on 22 March2016 my model was 350 classic lagoon . There was one bullet available but the dealer has not given he has given that bullet to his own customer . He said to wait for 15 days We had waited Then again I went to showroom but dealer was just ignoring me there was new bullets in showroom all the people's were getting there bullet in 6 days or in 10 days but I didn't get he kept on ignoring me saying the nonsense excuses telling to talk at this number. This nd that again one month I waited he keep on ignoring me there was 50 persons who get there bullet on time he was giving his own customer first nd telling me to wait for 14 days 15 days next month..I keep on waiting..one day I asked the final date he said on 20 May 2016 but on this date also he didn't gave my bullet (rajiv) he always give bullet to his owner customer first and ignore the they person who booked their bullet through sandeep.I also booked through sandeep lots of waste of money on my mobile phone by calling here nd there he still said to wait one more month I m feeling annoyed now ...in jsr one two showroom nd he is taking advantage of this...everything has limits he doesn't know to talk to their clients please do some to him ...I want that bullet in 15 days Ab very poor service of royal Enfield I can say it was my first time I m buying nd my experience is very bad ...they don't follow Their own words nd policy Was this information helpful? | |||||
