I bought a Thunderbird 500 Lightning on 04/09/2014 with my hard earned
money Rs. 194231 /-, My Vehicle Registration no. is KA 05 JG 6283.
I am not satisfied with the vehicle provided to me, it is full of defects, starting from the 2nd week of the purchase, i started visting service center with one or the other issue.
You can check for the same, where the data is maintained/logged for each job card.
Major Defects -
1st defect - Front Fork was making sound.
2nd defect - Defective Rear Brake Disk.
3rd defect - Handle was making sound.
4th defect - The Bike head light chrome was removed.
From 04/09/2014 i have visited service center for about 25 times for one or the other issue.
For 1st defect - i visited service center for 5 times, still issue not fixed.
For 2nd defect - i visited service center for 10 times, still issue not fixed, rather they rubbed of the disk calliper.
For 3rd defect - i visited service center for 3 times.
For 4th defect - i visited service center for 5 times. though they replaced the part.
Now i have lost my patience by daily going to the service center with the issues, i was not able to enjoy the ride at all, i havent got done with my 3rd service yet meter reading is 5500 kms, fed up with the
service and the quality.Nor i have tested my engine performance due to these issue, might the engine is also defective as the other parts.
Please take action on the same, either replace my vehicle or provide back my hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
