[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Delivery pending even after waiting period | |||
Hi RE Customer service team, I live in Jamshedpur. I booked a classic 350cc black on 27th Feb, 2014 with M/s Aruna Motors at Jamshedpur by paying Rs5000/-. The dealer gave me a waiting period of 90 days and verbally assured me that between 2 to 3months, they will be delivering the bike. But even after 3 months of waiting period they are not even telling me by which time I shall be able to get my bike. I request RE customer support team to look into the booking and delivery practice of the dealer. They shall deliver the bike as soon as possible. I received the bike on 6th June, Friday after the intervention of the area sales manager (Mr. Pratim Das 7781014252, Ranchi).
