Royal Enfield — engine colour problem from ist day | |||
I purchase a bike MODEL - Royal Enfield CLASSIC 350 CC, MAROON on 31/07/2014 from VOYAGE MOTORS which is authorised dealer for Royal Enfield invoice no - VOYAGE 568/2014-15 . From the first day engine colour has dotts which is looking very bad, but voyage motors inform me, this is buffing issue . They will solved after rainy season . But after 1st service we facing same problem, when ask to dealer he says it will be done in 2nd service . After second service we ask for same problem, They says we forget mistakely for buffing, next time in third service all problem will be solved . At 11/02/2015 we go to service centre for third service & asking for engine colour problem, they says it is company's matter, if company approved for buffing then they will solve problem . My bike in service centre till today, no response from voyage motors . Please look matter in urgent basis . If problem not solved, we will take legal action against VOYAGE MOTORS & ROYAL ENFIELD, and going to consumer court . mohammad ibrahim siddique mumbai [protected] / 65658575 / 65658576 .
