Royal Enfield — I'm complaining as I am not getting problem solved in my royal enfield

My vehicle is facing missing problem from the day I purchased it. On each service I remind the man who services my royal enfield but he is not able to make it correct. He doesn't even able to detect the problem.
So tell me what to do
Should I solve the problem outside the service center
As your workers are not trained enough that they are not even able to find out the problem
