Royal Enfield — Item not delivered after one month. | |||||
After having a frustrating experience & utter disappointment I'm mailing you with my grievance. I've placed an online order at Royal Enfield Store on Oct 23, 2016 to buy riding boots for my upcoming all India ride for which I'm making a travel documentary in my Desert Storm 2014 Model. First they shipped me a wrong size(size 43 instead of size 42), Then after numerous calls to incompetent customer care executives, finally my order was reverse picked up for exchange after long delay. I haven't received my actual order till now which was placed over a month ago neither is there any updates from Royal Enfield Store. It seems that the team at Royal Enfield Store are either not functioning nor are they accountable . they'e clearly not concerned about their customer at all. I'm a seasoned rider & to me and everybody else like me, we trust in this brand called "Royal Enfield". but its clear that your sales & online teams are least worried about the falling brand value among your passionate followers. I'm aware that I'm mailing cross platform because the right channel to resolve this matter is utter useless & non-functional. They dont even have the etiquette to even apologize for their blunder let alone solve it. I hope something works out here or my travel plans will go waste.
