Royal Enfield — Poor Service Quality and Repeat Failures

I have purchased a Classic 350 in June 2013. Since then the speedometer has failed over 10 times so far. On an average 175 kms and then it stops working except one occassion where it worked for almost 1250 kms.
The bike was purchased and serviced exclusively at Dhone Automobiles Pune. The dealer repaired it for free a couple of times and since then I am incurring 200 Rs every time to fix. I don't think anybody has understood the exact cause of failure.
I am seriously fed up with this persistent failures and would like to lodge a formal complaint. My expectation is to have an expert review to identify the persistent failures and fix the problem at source.
