Royal Enfield — Request for refund against cancellation of booking order no. bkng[protected]

A bike was booked against payment of rs. 5000/- as per booking order no. Mentioned under subject.
Booking was cancelled within stipulated time period.
Now about six months have passed but the refund is still awaited from the company of repute m/s royal enfield.
This is inspite of written assurance. Please refer below appended emails;
