[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Right and left switches | |||
My name is Deepu Das, i am from mumbai. I got my RE Classic 350cc black this May 2014.By end of July my right and left swich got internally damaged because of which my bikes horn is also not working. I lodged a complaint by Aug first week for replacement of both switches but even till date i did not get any responce.Is this how Royal Enfied takes care of their customers.I expected much from RE and i hope after this mail u will help me out because it is really fustrating to ride a hornless bike that to for more than 3 months.I lodged complaint at Soniya Moters autorized dealers for royal enfield which is at Bhandup west.My RE chassis number is ME3U3S5C1ED049571 and my RE Engine number is U3S5COED452785.
