I have purchased Classic350 on 1st Jan 2014. From day one it was a trouble after completing formalities of buying. when i took ride for very first time. Gears where not working properly (cant able to change it to neutral). after two days in machinic shed they given me confronting that its cleared. In a week i faced same problem they took bike for two more days and give back by changing breaking system. with in 30 days rear tyre struck while driving around 30 to 40 kmph it suddenly got struck and bike skit almost killed my self in a traffic. when i gave that bike to them. they again took it for a day gave back to me said chain was little fit. next day when i was driving it again happened and this time smoke and smell of buringing came. now when i took with same problem they said this might be problem with chain box need to change. This people not at all responding to my problem and i survived couple of times yet they say its minnor issue this will be resloved. from day one to now i never had the experence of driving a classic. and people treating me like they doing favour by resloving the issue. service center owner never lift the call. never respond to my messages.
