[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Royal Enfield Classic 350cc dealer problem | |||
I got my Royal Enfield Classic 350cc in the June month from Sri Venkateshwara Bike Zone Velachery - Chennai. Immediately after one week, I noticed battery problem. Since then I went to showroom for about 12 to 15 times for battery problem in 5 months. Whenever I use to go to showroom they use to charge the battery and give and again battery would be dead after 2 days. On 10th Nov 2014 morning when i was going to office on bike suddenly bike got stopped due to battery problem and did not start only. I called showroom and they made me stand in hot sun for 4 hours and then they came and took bike. The problem was again with battery only. Showroom people said they will give bike after 3 days, then I called they said 2 more days and now after 8 days still I am not getting my bike, they are saying 2 more days. Out of 5 months of brand new bike I purchased, 2 months the bike is in Showroom only for battery problem. The dealers are not sloving the problem and neglecting me by saying you will get bike tomorrow and tomorrow. I am facing a lot of problem. Now I am feeling why did I purchased this Enfield bike.
