Royal Enfield — Spare not been changed within the warranty | |||
I own a royal enfield thunderbird350 vehicle number kl 63c 9216 which i brought on december 2015 and i have completed my 12, 000kms service on july 1, 2016. I had a cluster meter complaint in which the time doesn't set properly, even after setting the time the time go 5 minutes backward the time i have set and then the time goes backward slowly, also the kilometer in the cluster doesn't work properly. I do my service from sanjo motors, angamaly, ernakulam. But they refuse to change the cluster of the bike. The company guarantee that they have 20, 000 kms warranty and any spare would be changed during the warranty period which shows a defect, but the dealer (Sanjo motors, angamaly) refuses to change the cluster of the bike. I have been contacting the dealer since july 3rd saying that my complaint has not yet been rectified they are not giving a reply on it and not even reverting me back. Please also find the video attached as a proof of my complaint in which the cluster clearly shows after i set the time the time moves 5 minutes backward immediately after i turn off the key and on.
