Royal Enfield — Thunderbird 500/ mechanics not able to sort out the fault

I purchased my bike from haridwar agency..i live in muzaffarnagar u.p.
My bike has some problem with injector..and is not responding..technicians at muzaffarnagar agency are not able to sort it out..the bike is just 8 months old..sort out my problem..n train them properly..
