[Resolved]  Royal Enfield — Un-Professionalism and Late Delivery of Bike By Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, Chennai

Dear Sir, I would like to register a strong complain against Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, No.27, Velachery Main Road, Pallikaranai, Mylai Balaji Nagar Behind Kamakashi Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I would like to highlight the un professionalism, inefficiency and false promises made by this service centre for repairing my bike. On 20 Oct 14, my bike with Regd No MH 14 BU 0073 was collected by This service centre for routine repairs and I was told that my bike will be returned to me by 23 Oct 14 at most. However, it has been 18 days and Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone has failed to keep his promises. They don't have an plan and a deadline for repairing my bike. They keep promising me everyday that the bike will be repaired by next day and till now they have not repaired my bike completely. I have visited their service centre for more than five times for collection of my bike as per their deadline, but each time their has been some pending work in my bike. On 07 Nov 14, they told me that the battery bike is not operational and needs replacement. This defect they could have told me earlier so that I would have started process for battery replacement as the same is under warranty. And now they have given me some other battery with diffrent code on it which I cannot replace under warranty. I have purchased my bike in 2010, and till now have never faced such difficulty in any city, be it visakhapatnam, cochin or Pune. These people have such inefficiency that they required 13 days just to trace a normal electrical defect in the bike. I would request you to please intervene and help me get the bike after due repairs on time.I would also request you to press upon this service centre to return my original battery, which I can replace under warranty. It is requested that Royal Enfield group may please take note of this incident and investigate if they feel the requirement so as to avoid such incident in future and prevent the Untarnished image the Company which is being ruined by these un professional and inefficient people of Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone. I have had very bad experience with Sri Venkateswara bike zone, Pallikarani, Chennai. I gave my TBT 350 on 5-Mar-2016 for a general service. I had CLEARLY told the service person NOT to change the engine oil as just 2 weeks back I had filled with Synthetic engine oil. That time I shown him about the oil level also. Despite of all these things, when I went to take my bike back, they had charged me for oil change. The service supervisor who attended me was very rude and without listening to my responses he simply left the place. Also they had broken side door lock and when enquired they were saying that they didnt have stock to replace. My bike no is TN 72 AA 6979. Even the general service is also very worst. The horn is not working. Please never ever goto Sri venkateswara bike zone for any services. They are very rude... very worst service personal

Poor service! Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone is awfully providing bad services. The Royal Enfield company should come forward to terminate the franchise of this fourth rated show room.
Hi I am owning classic 350. I reached venkateswara bike zone, pallikaranai to do the general service on 17.09.2016 8.30 AM. To the person who attended my bike, i strongly told him, I am not having any complaints and asked him to do general check up. Since my bike ran almost 4K km from my last service I advised to him to change engine oil. Then he told me that I can collect my bike that evening.Then I called him that evening to check whether my bike got ready. He told me that, it is not possible to take bike that evening and he convinced me to take bike next day morning 10:30 . Adding to that he also said that your chain sprocket is heavily damaged and it should be replaced. I accepted since I did not have any other option.Like wise I was getting call from them to change few other items .I was doing follow ups even in next day to check whether the bike got ready

Finally I got my bike next day evening 18.09.2016 5.30PM
and shocked to see the bill amount as 6500.In the bill I I could see that they have changed the rear light portion. I only told them to tight that portion, but instead of that they replaced the complete segment.

VERY WORST.HEAVILY BILLING.SHOULD GO FOR BETTER SERVICE CENTRE.
