Dear Sir/ma'm,
My car was taken to their service station for repairing on 21st January
2014. Since there
is an insurance claim linked to it, i asked for an estimate for complete
process...VIN NO MALA851CLDM024795 Registration No MP07CB9121
Model:GRAND i10 (P) for the proceeding of repair work of some accidental
repair work backside. But till date my car is not ready. Reason for
delay non availability of few spare parts by Hyundai motor.first
committed complete given in 15 days but at this time there is no result,
Now problem is that its been more than 50days(1and half months) now, I
am still waiting for my car, I have contacted them personally and over
phone many times but I am not getting satisfactory answer from them, sir
please do the needful at earliest its urgent.
