Royal Oak Furnitures — Damaged Goods and No response from the Customer care - SO No.[protected] | |||||
Hi, For the above mentioned SO No., the furniture was bought on Sunday, 15th November, 2015. We received the packed couch on Monday, 16th November, 2015. The technician came to set up the recliner on Wednesday, 18th November. We signed the acknowledgement on the same day. After the recliner was delivered, we saw that there was a damage at the back of the 2-seater which was facing the wall when it was set up. The only explanation is that we received a damaged good from your side as there was no sharp material on a straight wall. The communication we are getting from your side is that since we have signed the document, we aren't entitled to a replacement. This comes across as cheating the customer. And for a brand as big as Royal Oak, this is a blot in the reputation. Also, we have raised this issue on Thursday, 19th November in the morning. Your technician visited us on Sunday, 22nd November to check the issue. After this, we have had no communication from your side and the response from the customer care has been nothing short of pathetic and disappointing. thank you Ameen. I saved money by not buying recliner from them after reading your review. I actually liked one recliner and decided to buy from their store in outer ring road, banaswadi.
