[Resolved] Royal Sundaram Insurance — Car Insurance cannot be claimed/processed | |||
Dear Sir, We have taken car insurance online from Royal Sundaram Insurance and by mistake I selected "No Claim Bonus History". The policy is valid from 21-Apr-2013 to 20-Apr-2014. Policy No - VPN[protected] My car met with an accident in August and when I submitted claim for my insurance, the company said I have provided No Claim Bonus, but I have claimed from my previous policy. Hence the claim will be rejected and cannot be processed. My claim amount was huge and I spent around 70, 000. Can somebody please help me if we get the money back from insurance company?
