RPFC — PF amount not received

With reference to captioned subject i would like to bring in your kind notice that i was employee of Team Lease services pvt.ltd.(Employee No.I304385). I resigned from the company on 31st JUN 2014.I had submitted all relevant Documents required for withdrawal of PF Amount. But as on date i have not received my PF Amount . Company is telling that they have submitted My Form RPFC, Bangalore on 23rd Feb 2015. My PF no is KN/23423/009467 Please do the needful & inform me accordingly.
