Sir, i have booked a ticket from Muradabad to Jaipur for my daughter as on 04.03.2015 for dated 08.03.2015. My ticket no. is 95468449 PNR No. XJPRE[protected] & paid Rs. 373/- only.But due to Women's day on 08.03.2015 a special concession of Rs. 100/- was available for ladies passengers. Therefore you are request to refund me Rs. 100/- through my account which was used for payment for e-ticket . .My e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com & Mob. No. is [protected]. After post my complain for Refund of Failed transaction from RSRCT, I received a call from [protected] and this person want to know my account balance then he asked for ATM PIN. When I threatened him he cut the call.
