RTA Hyderabad — Regarding change of ownership

I had sold my Suzuki access vehicle 2.5 years back on 7th January 2015. But still the vehicle registration is active on my Name. I am now left with none of the documents regarding the vehicle. Could you please provide the necessary details how to deal with the situation.
