My Vehicle MH02 CW-3834 got towed from front of Parinee Crescenzo Bldg at BKC on 23rd June 2016. I got my vehicle back after payment of Rs 100/-as fine + Rs200/- towards towing charges. It was informed to me by RTO Police Mr.Rane on duty that entire BKC is `NO Parking Zone.However when I informed them that at the same place their are several vehicles parked, why have you lifted only my vehicle, they did not have satisfactory answer. I am sure their are some false practice happening between the security people of the building and the police their. Requested you to kindly look into it. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I agree with Mr Sandip as I had to face situation today, even I had parked my vehicle opposite fire brigade stn at BKC and my vehicle for towed however the rest of more than 200 vehicles weren't towed at all nor their wheels had jammer ...when I walked down to RTO center at the junction nearby I was told by an arrogant rude abusive Officer Mr RANE that they are in process of towing many vehicles that lane...I also questioned him why was my car towed coz there wasn't any NO PARKING BOARD ..on hearing this he abused me and replied rudely to complain and avoid arguing with him or other officers, and ordered me to pay 300 rs failing which I shall not be allowed to drive my vehicle back..this is simply absurd and corrupt way to demand money when I am not at all at fault ...when there isn't any no parking board why the hell should I pay a fine...Mr RANE and other officers started threatening me and I had no other option but to pay 300 rs for no fault of mine ...can someone from senior authorities look into this concern and revert to me on [protected]@Hotmail.com. ..
PS :- attached officer Rane's photograph and on couple of pics of the spot where my car was parked ...
