Rto India — Towing without no parking sign or no parking zone

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400052

Area BKC - opp Raheja corp tower . There is no sign for no parking opposite cafe infinito but no parking signs are there right outside cafe infinito.
We parked our 4 wheeler opposite side since there was no "no parking" sign.
When our vehicle was towed away, we inquired from the traffic cop on what basis do u pick the vehicle when there is no sign board, he says whole area is no parking so from next time you know you cannot park and we do not pick your vehicle, towing van finds easy to pick small vehicles so must have picked up yours.
Basically, if you happen to be new in the area you will end up paying a fine to know that it is no parking because the traffic police cannot put a sign board which could be used for prevention. Traffic police has the audacity to say that for next time you will know so you must pay a fine to realise no parking zones .
Police is obviously not responsible to let us know with sign boards.
Towing vehicles are like mafias who can pick any car they wish if its easily accessible .

I have a second area i want to report about :
Film city road goregaon east -Outside HDFC bank building
There is no sign board or clear reason for towing vehicles from this part.
I have noticed several times that if there is no clear vehicle available to tow they will tow the next available vehicle since they took a round .
There is absolutely no clarity on why they tow bikes and cars from there . one day they say it is fine i[censored] park there next day they tow it because they took a round and need to tow atleast one bike/car since they took a round and all vehicles were parked in the correct spot as mentioned by them.

This is disgusting. I don't understand this rule..we pay all possible taxes to the government and these ppl do not have capital to place no parking board. I am writing this while my two wheeler has just been towed and there was no 'no parking' board.

This is pure case or harrassment and exploitating public. Money minting strategy!
I honestly want to understand how to complain about traffic cops and towing services ? who is the right authority to complain about police itself ?
I guess, we need to catch hold of a lawyer and lodge a complaint against these money extracting havaldars..

They simply want money and as I went to get my vehicle back, they were like 'aap hi ka nahi, aur bhi two wheelers aa rahe hai' and that person wasn't even aware about from where he towed my vehicle.

These traffic havaldars are from turbhe vashi...and I am sure that they have made it money extracting racket by not putting up no parking board in those areas where they know vehicles will be parked and they can earn big fat money by the end of the day
