Extra fare charged by Badlapur Auto drivers
Before covid fare for Belapur station to Yadav Nagar was-Rs10/-per personas per RTO rules only 3 person can travel in auto but they use to allow 4 people in 1 auto. So total fare gain by driver was -Rs-40/, During covid they allowed only 2 person and double the charges that is Rs20/-.But Today 24/4/2022 when already came out of covid situation and all restriction has been removed they still charge Rs 20/-(double fare) per head and allow 4 passengers to 1 auto. They are followed the cocid guideline but charge the fare as per covid period .If any one ask for double charge they argue with with a bad manner passengers. Please look in to the matter & take strict action on it.

मी आज दुपारी बदलापूर पश्चिम रेल्वे स्टेशन ते रुतु वोल्ड प्रवास करताना, मी रिक्षा स्टॅण्ड येथे थांबलो होतो. रिक्षावाल्याने मला दोन वेळा विचारले होते की तुम्ही कुठे जाणार . मी त्यांना दोन्ही वेळेला सांगितले की रुतु वोल्ड येथे जायचे आहे. त्यावर त्यांनी थोडा वेळा थांबायला सांगितले. नंतर एक प्रवासी आल्यावर त्याला रिक्षामध्ये बसविले व दुसरी सीट मला पुन्हा विचारून रुतु वोल्ड साठी. रिक्षामध्ये घेतले. नंतर तिसरी सीट रिक्षात घेतली . त्याने पहिला प्रवासी मानव पार्क साठी उतरला. दुसरा प्रवासी रमेशवाडी साठी उतरवला. त्यानंतर मला विचारले तुम्ही कोठे जाणार तर मी पुन्हा त्यांना सांगितले की मला रुतु वोल्ड साठी जायचे आहे. त्यावर त्याने मला सांगितले मी रुतु वोल्ड साठी जात नाही. यावर माझ्यासोबत जोर जोरात ओरडून भांडू लागला. व मला रुतु वोल्ड ला न सोडता रमेशवाडी येथे उतरण्यास भाग पडले. त्याने ₹. 15/- रिक्षाभाडे माझ्याकडून घेतले. माझे वय 65आहे. तर रिक्षावाल्यांची अशी अरे रावी मला अनुभवास आली. यावर योग्य ती कारवाई करण्यात यावी. नाहीतर प्रत्येक वेळी ज्यावेळी यांना भाडी मिळत नाहीत तेव्हा वेगवेगळ्या ठिकाणाची भाडे घेऊन वयस्कर माणसांना विनाकारण त्रास सहन करावा लागतो.

Complaint on MH 05 Dp 1744 Dear Rto I travel daily from valdhuni to bai ka putla its fare is 10rs but this auto drive demand me extra monye and he was drunk and he was not owner of that auto and telling do what u want to do no one can do anything to me plzz take action on this kind of drive who dont have license

Dear RTO team,
Driver for subject number Auto rickshaw has forcing to have 3rd seat with extra fare to every passenger.without mask drive Auto Rickshaw
Route :- Badlapur station to Mohon PlamEast
Before COVID fare :- Rs 10/- seat
Target total fare for trip :- Rs 30/trip
Covid era and now rate :- Rs 20/ Seat
Rickshaw stand :- Mohon plam riskshaw stand
Inspite of completing Target for trip by taking 2 passengers of Rs 20 each driver taking 1 more seat in route.and without mask drive Auto.
